Brand: NuLeaf Naturals. Report-card status: Concern. NuLeaf Naturals provides a public batch-number lab lookup and current seller documentation. The strongest current concerns are documentation consistency around THC wording and return terms.
Brand Report Card
| Check | Result | Current evidence |
|---|---|---|
| COA access | Pass | NuLeaf Naturals maintains a public lab-results page where shoppers can search for a batch report. |
| Batch matching | Pass | The lab-results page tells buyers to find the batch number on the product or outer box and enter it into the lookup. |
| Test-panel coverage | Unknown | NuLeaf Naturals states that products are independently tested, but BR-014 did not inspect a current certificate for every product category or assign a brand-wide contaminant-panel Pass. |
| Label and product-page clarity | Concern | Current product pages advertise 30-day returns, while the current Shipping and Returns Policy says all sales are final except seller-error situations. Paid Elite membership terms separately promise free returns within 30 days. |
| THC wording | Concern | The September 5 CBDCafe 20-brand audit rated NuLeaf Naturals Concern. Current broad-spectrum pages still describe ND as non-detect while also using categorical phrases such as THC-free, zero THC, 0% THC, and no THC. |
| Refund terms | Concern | The main policy says all sales are final, product pages say 30-day returns, and Elite membership terms say members have access to free returns within 30 days. |
| Subscription cancellation | Pass | A NuLeaf Naturals pricing guide last modified February 25, 2026 says Subscribe & Save customers can modify delivery details or cancel through Scheduled Orders in their account. |
| Customer service test | Not Tested | CBDCafe did not contact NuLeaf Naturals customer service for BR-014. |
| FDA warning-letter check | Unknown | CBDCafe did not identify an FDA warning letter addressed to NuLeaf Naturals in the FDA web searches used for this review. An unsuccessful search is not proof that no regulatory record exists and is not FDA approval. |
| Evidence freshness | Pass | The original 20-brand audit finding was checked September 5, 2026. Current seller documentation was rechecked September 11, 2026. |
COA Access and Exact Batch Lookup
NuLeaf Naturals provides a public lab-results page built around the number printed on the product or outer box. The instructions say shoppers will typically see an expiration date and a separate batch number and can use the batch identifier to retrieve the report for the specific product.
This is stronger evidence than a generic laboratory-results library because it gives the buyer a direct package-to-report path. A successful lookup still needs the usual checks: product identity, strength, report date, cannabinoid units, reporting limits, and the panels actually shown on the certificate.

Non-Detect Is Not the Same as Mathematical Zero
NuLeaf Naturals’ current Broad Spectrum CBD Oil page says the oil is THC Free and later explains that the company tests for ND THC, or non-detect THC. The same page then describes broad-spectrum oil as having zero THC, 0% THC, no THC, and being completely THC-free.
Those phrases answer different questions. A non-detect result means the laboratory did not detect the analyte under the method and reporting limit shown on that report. It does not establish mathematical zero. CBDCafe therefore keeps the September 5 audit’s Concern for THC wording.
NuLeaf Naturals does add a more cautious statement elsewhere: its current capsule-category copy says the company cannot guarantee a user will pass a drug test after consuming a hemp-derived product, including broad-spectrum softgels.

Return Policy Conflict
The current NuLeaf Naturals Shipping and Returns Policy says all sales are final, with returns available when an order is incorrect or damaged and the problem is reported within 48 hours. The same page includes refund timing language and a separate section labeled 60 Day Guarantee, but that section does not clearly state a general right to return a product after 60 days.
At the same time, current product pages display 30 day returns near the purchase controls. NuLeaf Naturals’ Cabana Elite membership page advertises free returns, and the published Elite terms state that members have access to free returns if dissatisfied within 30 days.
CBDCafe records this as a policy-clarity Concern. A buyer should not have to infer whether the product-page promise, the general all-sales-final policy, or membership terms control a specific order.

Recurring Orders and Memberships
NuLeaf Naturals currently uses several savings structures, including member pricing, a paid Elite tier, and Subscribe & Save offers on some products. A seller pricing guide last modified February 25, 2026 says Subscribe & Save customers can choose delivery intervals, modify shipping or payment information, and cancel through the Scheduled Orders section of their account or with customer support.
The paid Cabana Elite program is a different recurring relationship. Its published terms say membership fees are recurring and nonrefundable, members may cancel at any time, and cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing period.

Regulatory Record Check
CBDCafe did not identify an FDA warning letter addressed to NuLeaf Naturals in the FDA web searches used for BR-014. That is recorded as Unknown, not Pass. The absence of a located warning letter does not establish regulatory approval or compliance.
An FTC list from 2023 includes NuLeaf Naturals, LLC among recipients of a general Notice of Penalty Offenses concerning substantiation of product claims. The FTC document expressly states that appearing on the recipient list is not an indication that a company did anything wrong. CBDCafe therefore does not score the notice as an enforcement Concern.
