Brand: Green Roads. Report-card status: Concern. Green Roads provides a public batch-number lab lookup, third-party testing disclosures, a 30-day unopened-product return policy, and account-based subscription controls. The current concern is narrow: some consumer-facing THC and intoxication wording goes beyond what a non-detect or very-low-THC statement can establish for every person.
Brand Report Card
| Check | Result | Current evidence |
|---|---|---|
| COA access | Pass | Green Roads maintains a public Lab Sheets page with a batch-number search. |
| Batch matching | Pass | The public lookup asks for the batch number from the product, and Green Roads says package QR codes also lead to lab sheets. |
| Test-panel disclosure | Pass | Green Roads says every product batch is independently tested and that public lab reports cover pesticides, heavy metals, solvents, and other checks. BR-016 does not independently retest products. |
| Label and product-page clarity | Concern | The sampled broad-spectrum oil page reports less than 0.01mg THC while Green Roads FAQ copy also describes broad-spectrum THC as non-detectable and gives categorical non-intoxication wording. |
| THC wording | Concern | The September 5 CBDCafe audit rated Green Roads Concern for THC wording. The September 12 recheck still found wording that treats very low or non-detect THC as enough to predict intoxication for every user. |
| Refund terms | Pass | The current terms provide a 30-day money-back guarantee for new and unopened products, measured from delivery, subject to any product-specific guarantee stated by Green Roads. |
| Subscription cancellation | Pass | Current FAQs say subscriptions can be managed or canceled through the account or customer support. Cancellation should occur two business days before the ship date to avoid a charge; a shipped subscription return can incur a $10 restocking fee. |
| Customer service test | Not Tested | CBDCafe did not contact Green Roads customer service for BR-016. |
| Regulatory-record search | Not Assessed | BR-016 does not use an enforcement-record search as a scoring field. This review is based on the seller documentation and audit evidence linked below. |
| Evidence freshness | Pass | The original 20-brand audit finding was checked September 5, 2026. Green Roads lab, product, return, and subscription documentation was rechecked September 12, 2026. |
Batch Lookup and Public Lab Sheets
Green Roads provides a public Lab Sheets page that asks for the batch number printed on the product. The company also says QR codes on its products can lead readers to batch-specific lab sheets.
The current lab page states that every product batch is independently tested by a third-party laboratory. It also says public reports can show testing for pesticides, heavy metals, solvents, and other quality checks. That supports a documentation Pass for access and the described testing system. It is not independent confirmation that every possible panel appears on every batch report.

Why the THC Wording Remains a Concern
The September 5 documentation audit rated Green Roads Concern for sampled THC wording. The September 12 recheck still supports that narrow finding.
The current Broad Spectrum CBD Oil 1500mg page says the product contains less than 0.01mg of THC. Green Roads’ FAQ on the same page describes broad-spectrum products as having non-detectable THC, meaning the amount does not show on a lab report, and then says the products will not get a user high because the THC amounts are too small.
Those statements do not answer the same question. A quantitative limit or non-detect result describes the tested sample under a laboratory method. It does not let a seller predict every person’s response. BR-016 records the wording issue without inferring that the sampled product is intoxicating or that its chemistry differs from the matching batch report.

Returns and Subscription Terms
Green Roads’ current terms state that new and unopened products generally have a 30-day money-back guarantee based on the delivery date. Products outside that window are final unless a separate product-specific guarantee applies.
The current subscription FAQ says recurring orders receive a 20% discount and free shipping, with a larger discount on every fifth subscription order. Customers can manage frequency and quantity through the account and can cancel through the account or customer support. Green Roads says cancellation should be completed two business days before the ship date. If the subscription order has already left the facility, a return is assessed a $10 restocking fee.
