Brand: Extract Labs. Report-card status: Concern. Extract Labs provides strong public batch access, but current refund frameworks, subscription-cancellation limits, and sampled THC/label documentation create material caveats.
Brand Report Card
| Check | Result | Current evidence |
|---|---|---|
| COA access | Pass | Extract Labs operates a public batch database with product, batch, report type, and linked lab-report records. |
| Batch matching | Pass | Public batch records identify specific products and batch numbers. PP-001 matched the current 6000mg Daily Support oil to batch 26T1080606. |
| Test-panel coverage | Unknown | Available batch records show that panel coverage varies by product and report. CBDCafe has not sampled enough current product categories to score brand-wide panel coverage as Pass. |
| Label clarity | Concern | In the PP-001 sample, the bottle is marketed by total milligrams while the batch COA reports cannabinoids in mg/g without unit mass or density, preventing a direct package-potency check. |
| THC wording | Concern | The current Daily Support page says full-spectrum products contain less than 0.3% THC and not enough THC for psychoactive effects. PP-001’s reviewed batch had a delta-9 THC point result of 0.3184% with measurement uncertainty crossing 0.3%. |
| Refund terms | Concern | Extract Labs currently publishes a 60-day money-back program while its standard Terms of Sale and support material describe a seven-day unopened-return process. The programs have different eligibility and conditions. |
| Subscription cancellation | Concern | The current subscription guide says the self-service cancel button appears only after a subscription has been active for 60+ days and when renewal is not within three days. |
| Customer service test | Not Tested | CBDCafe did not contact customer service for BR-001. |
| FDA warning-letter check | Pass with limitation | CBDCafe did not identify a direct Extract Labs match in its current cannabis-derived product warning-letter check. Absence from that index is not FDA approval or certification. |
| Evidence freshness | Pass | Core seller pages, batch access, return terms, and subscription policies were rechecked September 5, 2026. |
COA and Batch Access
Extract Labs’ public batch database is a meaningful strength. Individual records can identify the product, batch number, report type, and a lab-report link. Different records show different testing combinations, which is why this Brand Report Card leaves brand-wide test-panel coverage Unknown rather than assuming every product receives every panel.

Refund Policies Need Context
Extract Labs currently promotes a 60-day money-back guarantee with its own eligibility rules, including a request that eligible buyers use a purchased product consistently for two weeks before making a claim. Separately, its Terms of Sale and support material describe standard returns within seven days for products returned in original or unopened condition, with shipping limitations.
Because a shopper can encounter both frameworks, CBDCafe records Refund Terms as a Concern for clarity rather than treating one page as the complete policy.
Subscription Cancellation
Extract Labs provides account-based subscription management, including payment and address changes. Its current subscription guide says the cancel action is displayed only after the subscription has been active for at least 60 days and when the renewal is not within three days. Subscription orders already processed or within the stated billing window may also have refund restrictions.
That limitation is why Subscription Cancellation is marked Concern, even though self-service subscription management exists.
What BR-001 Does Not Prove
This is a brand documentation review, not a test of every Extract Labs product. It does not prove that every batch has the same testing panels, that every current product has the same THC result as PP-001, or that any product is safe or effective for a particular person.
