BR-012 · Documentation Review

Brand: CBDfx. Report-card status: Concern. CBDfx provides public batch-specific lab records, current return terms, and account-based subscription controls. The strongest current concern is consumer-facing label and product-page consistency in sampled products, including a large CBD potency overage in one named batch and conflicting inventory or shipping copy. A 2022 FDA warning letter is retained as historical context rather than treated as a current-batch finding.

Brand Report Card

Check Result Current evidence
COA access Pass CBDfx maintains public product-specific lab-result pages that list exact batch IDs and report dates.
Batch matching Pass PP-012 matched Full Spectrum Mixed Berry CBD Gummies 1500mg to batch PV07162025-60; PP-015 separately matched Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies 1500mg to batch PV11292025.
Test-panel coverage Unknown The sampled PP-012 certificate provided cannabinoid results but not the contaminant panels needed for a brand-wide Pass.
Label clarity Concern PP-012 found about 1972.92mg CBD in a unit labeled 1500mg, roughly 31.5% above the seller figure. The same seller page also displayed conflicting inventory and restricted-state messaging during the September 2026 check.
THC wording Pass The September 2026 20-brand audit rated the sampled CBDfx THC wording Pass because current broad-spectrum copy ties THC removal to detectable traces rather than treating a laboratory threshold as a universal drug-test or impairment guarantee.
Refund terms Pass The current return policy describes a 60-day guarantee for eligible unopened or minimally used products in original packaging, with refund processing details.
Subscription cancellation Pass The current Subscribe & Save page says customers can pause, change payment information, renew immediately, or cancel through My Account.
Customer service test Not Tested CBDCafe did not contact CBDfx customer service for BR-012.
FDA warning-letter check Concern FDA issued a November 16, 2022 warning letter to Newhere Inc dba CBDFX that referenced multiple CBDfx products, including Mixed Berry Gummies 1500mg. This is historical regulatory context, not a finding about the reviewed 2026 batch.
Evidence freshness Pass Lab-result pages, current seller policies, sampled Product Passports, and the FDA record were checked September 5, 2026.

COA and Exact-Batch Access

CBDfx’s lab-result pages identify exact product batches and dates. PP-012 matched Full Spectrum Mixed Berry CBD Gummies 1500mg to batch PV07162025-60, dated April 30, 2026. PP-015 separately tracked Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies to batch PV11292025.

Label and Product-Page Consistency

The reviewed Mixed Berry certificate reported approximately 1972.92mg CBD per unit and 65.76mg per serving against a 1500mg package and 50mg serving label. That is about 31.5% above the seller figures and is recorded as a label-documentation Concern.

During the same September 2026 check, the current product page also displayed both “In stock, ready to ship” and “Sold out” messaging and showed two different restricted-state lists. CBDCafe records those conflicts as documentation issues and does not infer actual inventory or legal shipping eligibility from contradictory seller copy.

Refund and Subscription Terms

CBDfx’s current return policy describes a 60-day guarantee for eligible unopened or minimally used products in original packaging. The current Subscribe & Save page advertises recurring savings and says customers can pause, change payment information, renew immediately, or cancel through their account.

Historical FDA Warning Letter

FDA issued a warning letter to Newhere Inc dba CBDFX on November 16, 2022. The letter referenced several CBDfx products and historical marketing or product-positioning issues, including Mixed Berry Gummies 1500mg.

This is relevant regulatory history. It does not establish that current 2026 batches, labels, or claims repeat the same issues.
